STORYTELLING services
Humanity’s oldest artform can provide us with the most currently applicable method to move forward.
I believe in our intrinsic ability to shape our reality. It has long been said that
we don’t see the world as it is, but we see the world as we are. But if that is true, and we want to change the world, how can we change the way we see ourselves?
Our brains are wired to make sense through stories, and in turn, the stories we tell re-wire our brains. By working with existing stories or crafting our own, we can actively re-wire our brains, training it to more easily find the desirable resolution to the journey ahead, either internally or out into the world.
With my scientific background, storytelling training, and intuitive nature,
I now use this artform as a tool for change – both personal and collective.

Courses & workshops
After completing a Professional Course in Storytelling, I have developed a short 2-day workshop and a seasonal course, specifically designed for teenagers and young adults. These activities are perfect for introducing small groups to the art of storytelling, increasing public speaking confidence and creating a strong group dynamic.

Storytelling for personal growth
My coaching sessions are designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and emotional resilience needed to find new paths in their personal stories and take the first steps towards the ending they long for.
Please note, this service will be available starting in August.
Performances
The stories I tell live in me, but also in you
Curious about my storytelling style? You can always find short recordings of my public tellings on my storytelling instagram below.
With an early passion for the performance arts but a career in scientific research, my stories (written and spoken) often highlight all the shades of gray that exist in our relationships with ourselves, the other, and the world around us. I am naturally driven to craft stories that can shed a new light to challenging topics and emotions such as shame, loneliness, and grief, as I approach them with both the analytical mind of a researcher and the curious and open heart of a child.
